Gurtok Privacy Policy

Who is responsible

The Gurtok team operates this app. Privacy questions go through Support & feedback (also in Settings in the app).

What we collect

• Account: phone number (sign-in), name, nickname, profile photo.
• Club content you create or send: club details, events, polls, ratings, chat messages, and photos.
• Location (only if you allow it in iOS): to suggest clubs and events nearby. You can use the rest of the app without location.
• Device and notifications: a push token and a device identifier so we can send event and chat alerts you enable.
• Support: messages you send via Support & feedback.

We do not use advertising SDKs and we do not sell your personal information.

How we use it

To run your account, show clubs and events, deliver chat and notifications, keep the service reliable, and meet legal requirements.

Who we share it with

Only providers that help us operate Gurtok:

• Firebase (Google) — push notifications
• Google Maps / Places — maps and picking a location
• Cloud storage — photos you upload

They may process data on our behalf. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

While your account is active, and as long as we need it for the purposes above (for example backups or legal holds). Chat, events, and photos stay as long as that club or content exists, or until you delete them where the app allows.

Your choices

• Edit your profile in the app.
• Location and notifications: iOS Settings.
• Leave a club or delete messages and events where the product allows.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data through Support & feedback (also in Settings). We will handle that request in a reasonable time.

Children

Gurtok is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected here.
